Terms of Subscription.

1. This Series of Anglo-Saxon Works will be printed in a handsome style, on a fine paper, in large octavo.

2. It is expected that the Volume will extend to about Thirty Sheets: and the PRICE TO SUBSCRIBERS for a Volume of that Size is fixed at 25s.; to Non-Subscribers the Price will be 31s. 6d.

3. The first Volume will be put to Press as soon as Eighty Subscribers’ Names are received, and the Subscription will close for each Work upon its Publication; and it will be optional to any Subscriber to discontinue his name from any portion of the Series.

4. The Subscribers’ Names will be printed with each Author, and Gentlemen are particularly requested to write the style in which they desire their names to appear.

5. Each Volume will occupy Six Months in the printing; and no delay shall take place in proceeding with as much expedition as is consistent with accuracy, till the completion of the whole Series.
